We Defy Foundation
Lincoln Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Center is proud to announce our partnership with We Defy Foundation. Through an athletic scholarship program, WDF provides combat veterans who are coping with military connected disabilities, a long term means to overcoming their challenges through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and fitness training.
As a WDF partner, LBJJC will be providing the training. We’ll also provide sponsorship opportunities for those who are interested, through fundraising events and sponsorship links.
There are multiple ways for you to get involved with the We Defy Foundation.
Whether a one-time gift or a monthly donation, every penny counts! Your money goes directly to dedicated veteran athletes to help them get the training they need.
BECOME A WDF AMBASSADOR
Ambassadors assist in outreach by helping LBJJC with our fund raising events, posting on social media, attracting sponsors, and other activities. These positions are voluntary and are separate from the WDF athlete scholarship program.
Scholarships are reserved for veterans who have never trained Jiu Jitsu or are currently a white belt. All veterans applying for a scholarship must meet the criteria. Click here for more information
